Cockpit Metrics and Logs Sources with Retention, and an Alert Manager with Contacts
Scaleway Cockpit custom metrics and logs sources with retention set to a month rather than defaulted, and the alert manager enabled with the contact addresses you name (none by name) and the preconfigured alerts you choose, because an alert with no contact point reaches nobody. Retention is the storage half of the bill.

scaleway-cockpit
Cockpit metrics and logs sources with retention you chose, and the
alert manager with contact points. Works with Terraform and
OpenTofu (>= 1.6), scaleway provider >= 2.0, < 3.0.
An alert with no contact point reaches nobody; addresses named, none by name.
Retention is the bill; a month by default.
Verification
Static validation runs tofu fmt, init, validate, tflint and checkov.
This module has not yet had a live test, so it is published as statically
validated with its live test pending and does not carry the live-tested mark.
