Refund & Cancellation Policy

IaC Bazaar sells digital goods (Infrastructure-as-Code artifacts) and subscriptions. This policy explains cancellations and refunds, consistent with UAE consumer-protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020) for digital products.
Subscriptions
You may cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not generally pro-rate partial periods.
One-time purchases
Because artifacts are downloadable digital goods delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, if an artifact is materially not as described or fails to function as documented, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund.
How to request
Email us via the contact page with your account email and order details. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, including any VAT charged.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
