End-User Licence Agreement

This EULA governs your use of artifacts (Terraform/OpenTofu modules and Ansible roles) licensed through IaC Bazaar. Artifacts are licensed, not sold.

Licence grant

Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the artifact within your own projects or organisation, up to the seat or organisation scope of your purchase or subscription.

Restrictions

No resale, redistribution, public posting, or sublicensing of the artifact or its source.
No removal of licence headers, watermarks, or attribution notices.
No use beyond the seats/organisation scope you purchased.

Open-source components

Some artifacts wrap or build upon open-source software. Those components remain under their original licences, and all upstream licences and NOTICE files are preserved and included. Nothing here relabels open-source software as proprietary. Our licence applies to our own curation, hardening, verification, and packaging.

Watermarking & traceability

Delivered artifacts may include a per-buyer watermark and signed licence key to enable leak attribution. Downloads are logged for audit.

Warranty & liability

Artifacts are provided “as is”. Verification status (static, plan, or live) is shown per artifact and is informational, not a warranty of fitness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability as set out in the Terms of Service.

Termination

This licence terminates automatically on breach. On termination you must stop using and delete the artifact, except for components retained under their own open-source licences.
