Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the IaC Bazaar marketplace. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any organisation you represent.

Licences

Artifacts you purchase are licensed, not sold, under our End-User Licence Agreement. One-time purchases include a perpetual licence plus 12 months of updates; subscriptions grant access while active.

Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can change or cancel any time from your account. Prices are in USD; UAE VAT is added where applicable. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense artifacts except as permitted by the EULA, nor misuse the service or attempt to circumvent entitlement controls.

Disclaimer & liability

The service and artifacts are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the EULA.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the site or email.
