A D1 Database Placed on Purpose with Its Recovery Window Stated
Where a D1 primary lives is decided at creation, near whoever ran the create unless a hint or jurisdiction says otherwise; read replication is off by default; and backups are Time Travel with a window the plan decides (30 days paid, 7 free) and no export schedule. Hint or jurisdiction set, replication by name, the recovery window as an output, and an output that says no export is scheduled.
Verification
Static-verifiedPassed: validated and lint-clean (provider-schema-validated for AWS/Azure/GCP; Terraform-language lint elsewhere).

The declared contract - every input name, type, default and description, plus every output - is shown to signed-in accounts, not to anonymous visitors.

Documentation
cloudflare-d1-database
A D1 database placed on purpose, with its point-in-time recovery window
stated rather than assumed. Works with Terraform and OpenTofu
(>= 1.6), cloudflare provider >= 5.0, < 6.0.
Where the database lives is decided at creation: a location hint or a jurisdiction, both immutable.
Read replication is off by default; on by name.
Backups are Time Travel, 30 days paid or 7 free, with no export
schedule; export_scheduled is always false.
Verification
Static validation runs tofu fmt, init, validate, tflint and checkov.
This module has not yet had a live test, so it is published as statically
validated with its live test pending and does not carry the live-tested mark.
